CIBS Takes on a Nashville Theme for Spring Luncheon

Fried green tomatoes, barbecued short ribs, creamy grits, cornbread and mud pie brought home the taste of country as a born-in-the-Bronx urban cowboy entertained the crowd with awe-inspiring moves executed with multiple lariats. This was the scene at this year’s CIBS Spring Luncheon on May 1, as nearly 1,000 industry guests from suppliers and brands descended on the New York Hilton to celebrate Spring—and take part in a festive afternoon of networking and good cheer.
